Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Once authorized, follow the return instructions provided by customer service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items. APYC is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase. If you need a different size or item, indicate this when requesting your return authorization.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Allow up to 12 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer service immediately with photos and your order number. But photos must be taken day of opened package with time stamps
We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover return shipping in these cases.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Contact customer service as soon as possible.
